The Vapour 2 Shipping Department processes orders every business day, with the exception of national holidays.

In an effort to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, we have expanded our shipping services to include multiple shipping methods for individual countries. Doing so allows us to offer lower prices and the shortest delivery times possible.

Our current shipping partners are GLS and DPD. These courier services were selected due to their proven track-record of excellence in the shipping industry; ensuring your order will be delivered in a timely manner. While both companies are European-based, each work with reliable couriers outside of the European Union to provide safe delivery of your order to your door. Please see the chart below for a list of these outside partners. If you require additional information, please visit the respective company’s Website.

Deliveries with destination addresses outside of the EU and Canary Islands may be subject to duties and customs fees. Unfortunately, the time taken for customs clearance is beyond our control and cannot be factored into your estimated delivery time. Deliveries are made on business days (Monday-Friday) only, with the exception of holidays. Please allow one additional day for pick-up, in addition to the delivery estimate. If after two attempts the courier service is unable to deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to sender.

Please note that GLS/DPD does not deliver to PO Boxes.

In order to receive next-day processing and shipment, your order must be placed before 18:00 CEST.

Your order is dispatched with a tracking number, which can be followed at DPD or GLS

Because parcels dispatched with DPD and GLS are fully insured, we advise checking the package contents immediately upon receipt. Any inconsistencies in your order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. This allows us adequate time to file a claim with the courier on your behalf. In order to track your Czech Parcel Post package, you must contact your local post office and request an update using the tracking number issued. Parcels sent via this method do not have a guaranteed delivery time and may take up to 30 days to be delivered.

Free shipping is now available for qualifying orders with destination addresses in Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, France, Italy and the Netherlands. Simply select the free shipping option at checkout to take advantage of this offer. Order must total €50 or more to qualify.
