1. Product Availability

Q: Can I order any more products from VMR?

A: No, effective as of November 2, 2018, we will no longer accept orders for any products.

Q: Can I still buy VMR products from my local retailer?

A: While there may be VMR products available through your local retailer, VMR has stopped new sales of products to all third parties, including all resellers, distributors and retail outlets. Check with your local retail to confirm whether they continue to have VMR products in stock.

Q: I just placed an online order and have not received my products. Will my order still be fulfilled?

A: All orders placed online through midnight Eastern Daylight Time on November 1, 2018 will be honored and fulfilled. Any orders placed after that cut-off time will be refunded [within 5 business days].

2. Warranties and Guaranties:

Q: Will VMR still offer a 30-day money back guarantee on Starter Kits?

A: VMR will offer this guarantee on Starter Kits for all products purchased through midnight Eastern Daylight Time on November 1, 2018. To begin the Starter Kit return process, please visit Returns. (December 1, 2018 = last day to initiate Return on Starter Kits)

Q: Will VMR honor its lifetime warranty policy for V2 or Vapor2 products?

A: Yes, VMR’s warranty (described on the warranty page) will continue to apply for the full life of purchased products covered by the warranty.

3. Vape4Free Program:

Q: Can I still participate in the Vape4Free program?

A: No, the Vape4Free program is closed as of midnight Eastern Daylight Time on November 1, 2018.

Q: What happens to the points that I earned under the Vape4 Free program?

A. You may no longer redeem Vape4Free points for VMR products. In accordance with the terms of the program, your points will be converted to cash at a conversion of one point = $0.10. On or before December 14, 2018, VMR will send you a check to the address we have on file for the cash value of your points. If the address on file with VMR is incorrect, please contact VMR Customer Service.

4. Privacy and Personal Information:

Q: What will happen with my personal information that you have collected under the terms of your Privacy Policy?

A: VMR will continue to comply of its Privacy Policy. We will retain your information consistent with typical record retention practices so that we can better address questions, concerns and warranty claims. After our record retention period has expired, we will securely destroy your information.

5. Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Programs

Q: I’m a VMR affiliate or influencer marketer? What happens now?

A: VMR will still provide you with your commissions or revenue share amounts (as applicable) for products sold using your affiliate code or for any commissions or revenue share earned on products sold prior to midnightEastern Daylight Time on November 1, 2018.
